To utilize our cargo forwarding service, please note the following:
- A cargo declaration form needs to be filled prior to shipping your cargo to us. We use the details in
the form to identify the shipper, to know who the recipient is, description of the cargo and forwarding
details (UPS/Fedex/USPS etc)so we can track and receive the cargo on your behalf. Simply fill it and
email or scan 2/3 days before your cargo gets to us. You can also include the filled out form as part

- Once cargo is received, it will be packaged professionally for shipping and an invoice sent to the
respective person to make payments. Payments can be made either through our bank account in the
US, PayPal or even in the destination country where we have agents. Payments must be made and
confirmed prior to cargo leaving our warehouse.
- We reserve the right to refuse to forward any cargo for any reason we may see, including fraudulent
purchases and where applicable hand over any accomplice in fraud to the local security agents.
Where we discover a fradulent purchase, the items may be returned to the company on the receipt or
handed over to the local police.
